II. Operations Overview
1. Updated the content of Help Center to provide users with information like new listings, announcement, newbie guide and FAQ.
2. The feedback channel is switched from Telegram to Zendesk's “Submit a request” to smooth communication channel between users and the team and improve efficiency.
